WhiteGlove House Call Health is the best thing EVER!, by slc78701 at Citysearch Austin

It is so wonderful to not have to take time off for travel to the dr, then to be seen for five seconds and feel like you need to rush so the dr can go to the next room over for the next rushed patient.

WhiteGlove has come to our home twice, most recently for our three year old son. The dr was so nice and our son loved the care package that comes with the visit….and Mom and Dad love the prescription for strep throat that came with the visit – all for the price of the co-pay!!! Which even that process rocks – it’s all done over the phone at the time you make your appt. with the information kept on file!!

There’s really no reason to make the drive to the doctor’s office anymore! Let WhiteGlove take care of you!! <see this review on CitySearch>

I was extremely pleased with how easy, quick, and convenient it was to schedule an appt. with White Glove. I called late in the afternoon, and was able to schedule an early next day appt. I so appreciated the convenience of a house call…..not only did I not have to drag myself out in the freezing cold and wait for a hour or more at an urgent care clinic when I wasn’t feeling well, but I saved money and got a care package filled with feel goodies to boot!! The attending nurse was an absolute delight…was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. I couldn’t say enough good things about what WhiteGlove has to offer and how well they perform their duties. First of all, to get same day, or at the latest, next day service would be IMPOSSIBLE with my primary care physician. WhiteGlove allows me to do the stuff I need to do, and comes to ME…you can forever forget about sitting in a waiting room with other sick people reading a magazine article you couldn’t care less about just to make the ridiculous delay a little less painful. I will continue to use AND recommend WhiteGlove EVERY chance I get. Thanks for the FIRST CLASS service and the “get well kit.” WhiteGlove is the best thing to happen to healthcare since the hypodermic needle!! <see this review on CitySearch>

This was a wonderful experience, called and setup an appointment for the same day- They came to my residence, and was considerate and helpful even though I was upset and sick. They ran test found problems and gave solutions and medications, all right there! information was inputted digitally- so no waiting while paperwork was needed to be filled and filed. White Glove is a very good beneficial organization that allows you to stay at your home or office while you get the same medical attention as going to the dr only white glove depending on your insurance is a 1 time fee for your Dr. services and that also includes the proper medicine you need. I especially like this service due to the fact of convience, i dont have to take take off work to go to the dr and also i dont’ have to pay a co-pay plus pay for the medicine, instead its a 1 time fee and that covers your visit and medicine. If anyone is new to this service and have the availability to it i would very high recommended White Glove. <see this review on CitySearch>

A few weeks back I was feeling pretty awful. I had come home after a half day of work on Wednesday and was hoping I could sleep and feel better to return to work the next day. At about 5AM, after no sleep from coughing all night I went to the White Glove web site and requested a visit.

I got a call right after they opened at 8AM to schedule a visit for early afternoon of the same day. Marsha arrived on time and with a great attitude. We sat in my living room as I told her my symptoms. She then checked my vitals and did a nasal swab to see what I had. After about 5 minutes I found I had Type A flu. Marsha gave me some OTC cough medicine, mucinex and steroids and a prescription for Tamiflu and Hydromet for relief from the cough.

This was excellent service. I was feeling so badly that I think a long drive, followed by sitting in a doctors office would have been dangerous and spread the virus even more. Thank you Whit Glove House Call Health for your great service! <see this review on CitySearch>

This is wonderful!

I live in Austin but was in Houston for a visit. I got what I thought was the flu and called Whiteglove to see if I could make an appointment and be seen in Houston – not only was the customer service at time of registering, and making an appointment exemplary – my RN Practitioner was wonderful! Turns out I did not have the flu but, I was diagnosed, given the best little white box with all of the supplies to make a sick person well, medicines, UPS delivered meds to my door and a follow-up call to make sure I was better.

My wife said call WhiteGlove at 5 mins to 8pm to have them see our son who had the “crud” going around the Valley. They answered and booked an appointment that was convenient for us the very next day. As I hung up the phone, I saw a calendar invite come into my inbox thus realizing I had double booked myself. I was able to easily reschedule our appointment. The service was fantastic. They were right on time. The two prescriptions were at no additional cost My son loved the get-well kit. I travel a lot for business. Getting sick has never been such an inconvenience. Trying to get a last minute appointment to see the doctor is impossible when my window of availability is so small. WhiteGlove is the perfect solution! They’ll even see me when I’m out of town. I tell them when and where I’m going to be and…it’s done. A friend told me it was that easy and I thought, “Oh, yeah, where’s the catch?” No catch…simple, easy, straight forward. The NP was super (I’m a nurse and I didn’t even have to play that card :) Not only was she professional, sharp, and personable, but she brought me a care package, too. Gotta love that chicken soup! And, she left me with the medication I needed and called a prescription in to my pharmacy. I love WhiteGlove. Goodbye having to get dressed and drive myself to the doctor when, hello…I’m sick! Goodbye waiting in a room full of other sick folks. Goodbye hideous doctor office visit fees. And, hello WhiteGlove…empathy, service, and the price is right.
